VSO asks Ogun residents to look out for fleeing Boko Haram fighters

Vigilance Service of Ogun State (VSO) has asked people in the state to be on the look out for some of the suspected Boko Haram fighters fleeing from the Sambisa forest in the North East region.

Commander of the security agency, Soji Gonzallo who made the call on a Rockcity FM programme, “Daybreak Show”, said with the capture of a Boko Haram fighter in nearby Ikorodu in Lagos state, there is need for people in Ogun state to be on alert.

To create awareness on the threat posed by the fleeing terrorists, Gonzallo explained that the agency has embarked on sensitizing various communities, including the Hausa/Fulani in the state.
