Former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Professor Charles Soludo, has asked the All Progressive Congress (APC) to release a blueprint on how it intends to reposition the Nigerian economy.
He said the party in its economic policies so far, still believes that the current oil price crash will soon be over, but warned that the era of high oil price is gone.
Soludo, who made the call in a lecture he delivered at the APC Governors Forum in Kaduna, asked APC to urgently think out of the box, while warning it not to repeat the mistakes made by PDP which allowed itself to be destroyed from within.
The economist said after forming a coalition to win the 2015 polls, it is time for APC to act like a team to move nigeria forward,
Soludo warned APC to stop blaming the economic crisis on PDP, saying that Nigerians voted for APC in 2015 because they believed it had the capability to tackle the economic problems.
The economist suggests some of the critical issues that must be addressed to move the nation forward.
