Shooting Stars has begun a pay strike to press for their outstanding salaries as well as to sight the contracts they signed with the club.
A top official of the club said they refused to train on Tuesday because they want their outstanding salaries and also they wish to sight the contracts they signed with ‘the Oluyole warriors’
Shooting Stars shelved an earlier plan to go on strike before the home game against traditional rivals Enugu rangers.
They were paid a month’s salary before the Rangers game.
They are now owed five months’ salaries and 10 match bonuses.
