RCCG Donates Dialysis Centre in OOUTH

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has donated a Dialysis centre to the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, for the treatment of critical kidney problems

The facility known as the Enoch and Folu Adeboye dialysis centre, was commissioned by Governor Dapo Abiodun at the hospital on Thursday

The Dialysis centre has three Dialysis machines, one medical water reserve, Oz’mosis purification system, and a 30 KVA generator

Governor Abiodun, inaugurating the centre applauded the RCCG for being a worthy partner, particularly in the past two years of his administration

The governor, represented by his deputy, Mrs Noimot Salako Oyedele said that wellness and welfare of the people will be guaranteed when churches and other development partners collaborate with the government

Health commissioner, Doctor Tomi Coker also commended the RCCG for its continued unflinching support for the Abiodun administration

The international overseer in charge of Christian Social responsibility, Pastor Idowu Iluyomade, said the centre was donated as part of a corporate social responsibility project of the church for the development of the state’s health sector

According to him, the centre is the second to be built by the church in the state

The Akarigbo of Remoland, Oba Babatunde Ajayi thanked the church, saying the centre will assist in reducing the number of people with chronic Kidney disease in the country

The hospital’s chief medical director, Doctor Oluwabunmi Fatungase said the centre would help provide affordable care for infectious disease patients who desire exclusive care.
