President Buhari begins official visit to Lagos

President Muhammadu Buhari has begun a two day official visit to Lagos State.

On arrival in Lagos, he commissioned the Ikeja Bus Terminal, described as the first of its kind in the country.

He is scheduled to visit the Eko Atlantic City in Victoria Island.

Buhari also led dignitaries to attend the tenth Bola Tinubu Colloquium, to mark the sixty sixth birthday of All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

At the Colloquium were vice President Yemi Osinbajo, APC governors including Aminu Tambuwal, Ibikunle Amosun, Rochas Okorocha, Abiola Ajimobi, Abdullahi Ganduje, as well as senators, ministers and top politicians.

Others are top traditional rulers, including the Ooni of Ife, the Alake of Egbaland and the Alaafin of Oyo, and Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.

Absent from the event is APC national chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun.
