Polls: IGP Warns Politicians

The acting Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu has warned politicians against any act capable of disrupting the forthcoming polls.

The Police Chief refers particularly to political hoodlums engaging in the snatching of ballot papers during polls.

Adamu issues the warning while addressing the State House Correspondents after attending a meeting of the National Security Committee at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

He warns that anyone attempting to disrupt the polls, by engaging in ballot boxes snatching will have themselves to blame.
