Osoba blames bad leadership on indifference by educated Nigerians

Former Governor Olusegun Osoba has blamed the bad leadership syndrome in the country, on the indifference of the educated Nigerians during the polls

He accuses them of sleeping in their houses on Election Day, thereby leaving the election to hoodlums

Osoba spoke on the issue in Lagos at the seventieth birthday Colloquium of a co-founder of defunct news watch magazine, Mr Ray Ekpu.

He also supported the electronic voting proposed in the amendment to the electoral act will help to eliminate rigging of polls in the country.
