Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has expressed concern over Nigeria’s growing population compared with its tiny economy.
Osinbajo asks Nigeria’s elites to rise up to find solution to the challenges of the booming population.
The Vice President expressing the concern at the Valedictory Session of the National Economic Council at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, notes that Nigeria’s growing population will double within the next few years.
The anticipated population growth, according to Osinbajo, will bring the challenges of jobs, education, healthcare, security and infrastructure.
