Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has said that he will never compromised his faith as a born-again Christian to keep his job as Nigeria’s vice president.
Osinbajo, answering question at a stakeholders meeting in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, said he is disturbed to hear that he is not worried about the killing of women and children in the state and elsewhere.
Responding to an allegation that Buhari administration is pursuing Islamic agenda in the killings nationwide, the vice president said he will resign, if ever it is established that the killings was religious or ethnic cleansing.
Osinbajo told the audience that he never lobbied for the job of a vice president, and will be ready to quit in short notice.
The vice president said he is not just a politician, but a born again Christian, and believes that his destiny is not determined by any man, but God that he serves. Please subscribe to our newsletter
