Ogun Police Uncover Indian Hemp In Deep Freezer In Agbara

Police in Ogun State have uncovered weeds suspected to be Indian hemp in a chest deep freezer at Agbara in Ogun West axis of the State.

Four suspects were arrested for using the deep freezer to conceal the weeds during the Police raid of the black spots at Iperin in Agbara.

Spokesman of the State Police Command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, in a statement, says the suspects always pretended to be using the freezer loaded with the weed, to retail soft drinks.

The suspects were named as Opeyemi Wahab, Yusuf Razak, Saheed Mustafa, and Kabiru Ahmed.

He says they were rounded up during raid by Police in the newly launched operation puff adder, by a Police team led by the Divisional Police Officer in-charge of Agbara Police Division, Adegbite Omotayo.

The suspects, according to the Police, had allegedly confessed to being the major distributor of the weeds in the axis of the state.
