The three factions of the Ogun State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have promised to reconcile, following the emergence of three separate state executive committees, ahead of the party’s May 21 national convention in Port Harcourt.
Chief Wale Egunleti, who was elected by the Bankole faction as its chairman, said his next line of action was how to unite the other factions.

Also Sikirulah Ogundele who was elected chairman by the Adebutu faction, promised to bring other factions to the fold and reposition the party in the state

Engineer Bayo Dayo who was re-elected as the chairman by Kashamu’s faction also promised to reach out to leaders of the party in the state, including Former Speaker, Dimeji Bankole, Former Governor Gbenga Daniel on the need to resolve their differences before the general election.
