The official residence is located within the presidential lodge annex, instead of the government house, Oke Igbein, Abeokuta, where his predecessor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun stayed throughout his eight year tenure

Ahead of his relocation last week, structures in the presidential lodge to serve as his official residence, were reconstructed and renovated

Until now, the governor had been residing at his Iperu Remo country home from where he reported for duty daily at the governor’s office, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta

His relocation to the presidential lodge, Ibara, has increased the traffic of vehicles, top government officials, politicians and visitors to the axis of the Ibara residential area
