Ogun State government said it will sanction any religious organisation who flouts the state environmental law on noise pollution.
Commissioner for environment, Bolaji Oyeleye, who made this known in an interview with Rockcity FM, said the state government will penalize worship centres whose public address system is found to be disturbing neighbours.
He said the ministry has been consulted by the Head of Service office to collate the data of religious bodies in the state.
