Former Chairman of the Independent Corruption Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC), Ekpo Nta, has been appointed Chairman of the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission.
With the appointment, Nta will now take over the ongoing negotiation of the adjustment of the new national minimum wage between the Federal Government and the organized labour.
He replaces Chief Richard Egbule, whose statutory tenure has expired.
The Commission’s Chief Press Secretary, Emma Njoku, says Nta had already taken over the leadership of the commission.
