Kano Pillars returned to winning ways on Sunday with a 2-0 win against Go Round FC in a week 11 Nigeria Professional Football League game played at the Sanni Abacha Stadium, Kofar Mata, Kano.
A second half penalty by Flying Eagles invitee, Alassan Ibrahim and a late goal by leading top scorer, Junior Lokosa were all Sai Masu Gida needed to see off their visitors from Omoku.
The victory saw Kano Pillars return to the top spot with 20 points from 11 games while Go Round remain in 19th position with 10 points from 10 matches.
