National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has intercepted assorted illicit drugs being exported out of the country in Kogi, Kano and Osun States.
The seized drugs, include Marijuana, Methapetamine, Diezpam injection, Tramadol tablets, Pentazocine injections, and Cannabis.
NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi on Sunday said the drugs were on their way to the UK, Saudi Arabia, United Arab emirates and new Zealand.
He said that most of the seized drug were being routed through two major couriers in Lagos, concealed in body creams, tea bags and air filters.
In Kano State, one Mizabilu Tijjani was arrested for 64 kilogrammes of marijuana, and one Victor Nsodkwa with 34 cartons of Pentazocine injections and one carton of diazepam injection at Sabongari.
Also, NDLEA intercepted 28.25 kilogramme of extol-5, 6.6 kilogramme of Barcadin Codeine syrup and 38.5 kilogramme of Tramadol tablets in Kogi State.
In Osun State, NDLEA also seized 130.5 kilogramme of Marijuana, and 18 grammes of Cocaine at Modakeke in Osun State.
