Governor Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo state has expressed concern over the boundary dispute between people of Atijere community in the state and Imakun Omi community in Ogun state.
The clashes between the residents of the two communities over a piece of land had resulted in several losses of lives and property.
At a time, armed policemen were deployed to maintain peace in the communities after bloody clashes.
Mimiko, commissioning projects in Igbokoda, described the clashes as embarrassing and unacceptable.
He said there is an urgent need to address the controversy surrounding the land dispute between the two communities.
