Methodist Prelate Seeks Igbo Presidency In 2023

The Prelate of Methodist Church, His Eminence Samuel Uche, has cried out that south east region is being marginalized in the scheme of things in Nigeria.

He canvasses that the region should be allowed by the north and south west to produce the next president in 2023.

The prelate making the call during a courtesy visit to Governor Dave Umahi at the Ebonyi Government House in Abakaliki, says 2023 Ndigbo presidency will promote equity, unity and peace in the country.

The Ndigbo, according to the Methodist also deserve the 2023 presidency because of their major contribution to Nigeria’s political independence from the British colonial masters.

His Eminence Uche says he is not happy that no Ndigbo is among the service chiefs, and heads of other major security agencies.
