Max Air Limited has acquired one of the three Boeing 737 aircraft it ordered for the commencement of its domestic operation.
The airline’s Public Relations Manager, Alhaji Ibrahim Dahiru, who made this known in a statement, said the remaining two aircraft will arrive in Nigeria in the next two days.
The domestic flights which will commence any time from now, will start with Kano, Abuja and Lagos, and gradually spread to all the major cities across Nigeria.
The Airline Director Operations, Captain Ibrahim Dilli, said the wide bodied aircraft is ready to commence Umrah airlift with immediate effect.
The airline, according to him, has four Boeing 747 aircraft before the latest acquisition.
