Oyo State Government plans to set up anti-corruption agency to fight corruption in the Makinde administration.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Taiwo Adisa, says a Bill on the proposed agency will be sent to the State House of Assembly for consideration and passage.
Adisa explains that it will be the first Bill that Makinde administration will transmit to the Ninth State House of Assembly after its inauguration.
He adds that Governor Seyi Makinde has indicated his readiness waive his constitutional immunity, to appear before the proposed anti-graft agency if he is found wanting.
