JAMB to reschedule exam for 2018 UTME candidates with withheld results

JAMB arrests 25 persons for extortion, sale of UTME materials

Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) has said it may reschedule another examination for some of the candidates who wrote the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), whose results are being withheld.

The board, however, explained that the proposed rescheduled examination, are for candidates whose cases are exceptional.

JAMB spokesman, Doctor Fabian Benjamin, who made this known to newsmen, said such candidates being considered, will be contacted before the proposed examination.

Benjamin also said that JAMB  is still working to release some of the UTME results.

He asked 2018 UTME candidates seeking to change their choice of institutions before the 2018/2019 admission process begins to visit the board’s website.
