The House of Representatives said it has passed 159 bills, since its inauguration, close to two years ago.
During the period, the House stated that one thousand and 55 bills were introduced, at its plenary.
500 of the bills, are undergoing processing.
The Speaker of the House, Yakubu Dogara in a statement by his media aide, Turaki Hassan, to mark the second anniversary of the eighth house, said a special session will hold on Friday, to appraise its achievements and set a new legislative agenda.
The special session, according to him, will be televised live and will have in attendance the President, the Senate President, Chief Justice of Nigeria, state governors and former speakers of the House, as well as, their deputies.
