Hoodlums attack secondary school teachers, students in Abeokuta

Cultists clash in Ogun

Hoodlums have invaded Saje High School at Saje area of Abeokuta, and injured some of the students and staff.

Those injured included five teachers, the school’s bursar and some of the students.

Witnesses told Rockcity FM that the hoodlums invaded the school, following an argument between a senior secondary school student and a security guard, who prevented her from entering the premises through the gate of the junior secondary school.

In the process, eyewitness say the student who was chased by the security guard, fell down while escaping, and reported the incident to her parents who mobilized the hoodlums to the school.

The hoodlums, numbering over 15, descended on the school teachers, students and non-teaching staff, and took the security guard  to an unknown location.
