Again, gunmen have struck in Rivers State, killing seven people in Egbeda in Emohua local government area of the state.
The attack on Thursday morning, is coming four days after gunmen also killed 17 worshippers, returning from the New Year cross over service in Omoku, in the Ogba/Ndoni local government area.
The gunmen in Thursday’s attacks, wore mask when they invaded Egbeda and opened fire on residents.
One of their seven victims, according to report, is a lawyer just called to the bar.
Governor Nyesom Wike had announced a bounty for information on the killers of worshippers in Omoku.
