Three Chinese have been abducted by gunmen in Osun State.
They were abducted from a mining site where they are working at Itagunmodi.
The state police commissioner, Abiodun Ige, confirms the kidnap incident.
The gunmen shot dead a police orderly attached to the Chinese.
They also shot one of the Chinese who attempted to escape from the scene.
