Eaglets, will feature in an international tournament in Dubai later this year, according to the NFF President Amaju Pinnick.
This month, five-time world champions eaglets crashed out of the qualifiers for the 2017 AFCON in Madagascar in Niger.
Niger eliminated Nigeria 3-2 on aggregate and will clash against Gabon, aggregate winners over Algeria, for a place at next year’s under-17 AFCON.
However, Pinnick insisted the NFF will not abandon the team because “they are the youngest ever Golden Eaglets” and that is why they will be kept together.
