Gas Tanker Explodes Near Sagamu Interchange, Leaves Three Injured

A gas tanker explosion has exploded on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.

Three persons were injured in the explosion, which occurred on Sunday evening near Danco filling station at kilometre 38, near Sagamu Interchange.

The Ogun State sector commander of Federal Road Safety Corps, Ahmed Umar, confirms the incident.

He said traffic was diverted while the fire from the explosion was being put out to avoid a secondary accident.
