Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) says it has sent over 7,000 traffic offenders for psychiatric tests since 2017.
The agency sector commander for Federal Capital Territory, Wobu Gwora, made this known at a forum in Abuja.
He says such traffic offenders were sent for emotional valuation tests
The FRSC commander explains that 140 out of the 7,000 traffic offenders sent for psychiatric tests tested positive.
Such category of traffic offenders who tested positive, according to him, were given fine and advised to keep away from drugs and alcohol.
