Former PDP spokesman, Chief Olisa Metuh, who is facing trial for alleged money laundering has collapsed in court.
He collapsed while making his way to the dock, after the case was mentioned at a federal high court, Abuja on Monday.
Justice Okon Abang, following the incident, had to stepped down the case, while a medical team to attend to him.
His lawyer, Emeka Etiaba, applied to withdraw from the case, but the judge objects on the ground that it is a ploy to delay the case.
Metuh was charged along with his company, Destram investments for alleged fraudulent collection of N400 million from the office of the national security adviser in 2014.
