Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State has promised to make public very soon what transpired between him and Former President Goodluck Jonathan on the state PDP ticket for the last Saturday’s governorship poll.
The PDP candidate believed to have been sponsored by the governor lost in the poll to an opposition candidate which has the support of Jonathan.
The Governor addressing a news conference in Yenagoa, says he will write memoirs and people will know what transpired between him and Jonathan.
Dickson says he attempted to meet with the former president 16 times on the disputed PDP ticket, but surprised that Jonathan opted to support the APC candidate.
He dismisses claims in certain quarters that he alienated top PDP leaders, including Jonathan on the election of PDP candidate for the poll.
The governor, however, says he will continue to respect Jonathan despite efforts by some forces to create a rift between him and the former president.
