Crisis over the election of PDP principal officers in the House of Representatives continues for the second day.
The crisis resumes on Thursday, when Kingsley Chinda occupied the seat of minority leader, instead of Ndudi Elumelu named for the position by the House PDP caucus on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, the House had been thrown into confusion, when some PDP members, including Chinda, interrupted the Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila while reading the PDP caucus letter, naming Ndudi Elumelu as the minority leader.
The Speaker on entering the chamber on Thursday recognized Elumelu as the minority leader, indirectly asking Kingsley Chinda sitting on the minority leader seat.
Gbajabiamila says he will not recognize the point of order raised by Chinda until he vacates the minority leader seat.
