Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN) has asked Benin Republic and other neighbouring countries to engage Nigeria on the borders closure.
CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, says such engagement is a pre-condition for re-opening of the borders shut against Niger, Chad, Cameroun and Benin Republics.
Emefiele gives the pre-condition, while speaking to the state house correspondents after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa, Abuja.
The CBN Governor, however says that Nigerian economy is doing well since the closure of the borders
