CAF Confederations Cup: 4 NPFL teams drawn against foreign opponents

The four Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) teams in the 2018 CAF Confederation Cup have been paired against teams from other nations in the playoffs for the group stage of the CAF second tier club competition.

NPFL champions, Plateau United and MFM FC dropped from the CAF Champions League, while Enyimba International and Akwa United defeated their opponents to reach the playoff round.

Plateau United have been paired against USM Alger of Algeria, and will be at home for the first leg.

MFM FC have been paired against Djoliba AC of Mali with the first leg at Agege, in Lagos.

Akwa United will travel to face El-Hilal of Sudan, while Enyimba will be away to South Africa to battle Bidvest Wits in the first leg of their respective fixtures.
