President Muhammadu Buhari has said that a handful of Nigerians abroad who indulge in criminal activities do not represent the value of majority of Nigerians.
Nigerians in diaspora, indulging in criminality, according to Buhari are in minority of the population of Nigeria.
Buhari stated this while addressing members of Nigerian community in japan on the sideline of Seventh Tokyo International Conference for Africa Development in Yokohama.
He says that Nigeria will not condone crimes whether at home or abroad.
The president also assured them that those Nigerians abroad indulging in crimes will not be allowed to define Nigerians as reputation for criminality.
He salutes the courage and efforts by majority of the over seventeen million Nigerians in diaspora for being a positive bridge between Nigeria and the world.
