There has been a major shakeup by the Court of Appeal in the Elections Petitions Tribunals in Ogun State.
One of the Tribunals handles petitions against the results of the March 9 Governorship and State Assembly Polls.
The second Tribunal handles petitions arising from the February 23 National Assembly Polls.
Rockcity FM news gathers that the Tribunal handling National Assembly Polls Petitions, headed by Justice Yusuf Aliyu, has been moved to handle the Governorship and State Assembly Polls Petitions.
The newly constituted Governorship Polls Petition Tribunal headed by Justice Adenike Coker will now handle the National Assembly Polls Petitions.
With the development, Justice Aliyu led Tribunal will now handle the petitions of APM Governorship Candidate, Honorable Abdulkabir Akinlade against the election of Prince Dapo Abiodun of APC.
APM had demanded the dissolution of Justice Coker led Tribunal, alleging that it’s close to the APC national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
