An Ogun State APC stalwart, Doctor Femi Majekodunmi, has asked Governor Ibikunle Amosun to be strategic in his ongoing decision on the disputed party’s primaries in the state.
He urged Amosun, whose preferred governorship candidate, was rejected by APC national working committee, not to play the role of spoiler, by working against APC at the state and national level in the 2019 polls.
Majekodunmi addressing newsmen in Abeokuta, asked the governor to play the role of a statesman in resolving the crisis trailing the disputed APC primaries in the state
He cautioned Amosun against making a mistake of taking a political decision that will make him politically irrelevant for a long time to come.
Amosun, according to him, had served Ogun state well for over seven years with landmark achievements, adding that the history will be kind to him if he works for APC at both the state and national levels.
