PDP and its Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, have demanded access to the server of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Atiku and PDP made the request at the Thursday session of the Presidential Poll Petitions Tribunal which is handling their petition against the election of President Muhammadu Buhari of APC in the 2019 Poll.
They also requested the Tribunal to order INEC to facilitate their access to other electronic gadgets used for the conduct of the last February 23 Poll.
The Tribunal Chairman, Justice Mohammed Garba announces the reserve of ruling on the application at a date to be communicated to both parties.
Also, the pre-hearing of the substantive petitions is June 24.
Atiku had claimed he won the 2019 Presidential Poll, based on the results of the Poll uploaded into the server of INEC during the Poll.
Meanwhile, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has denied using server to upload the results of last February 23 Presidential Poll.
INEC says it has no server for uploading polls results.
The Electoral agency dismisses claim by PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar that it uploaded the Poll results from a server.
INEC leading counsel, Yunus Usman, told the Presidential Poll Petitions Tribunal to dismiss the request of Atiku that his client should grant him access to the server.
