14 Declared Missing In Ogun In Six Months-Report

Fourteen persons have been declared missing in Ogun State between last January and June this year, according to a report.

They were among a total of 630 declared missing within the six month period nationwide, according to a report by missing project.

According to the executive director of the project, Yemi Adamolekun, 388 out of them were found, five dead, while others remain missing.

317 out of the 630 missing persons were reported in Zamfara State, Niger (178), Kaduna (72),as well as one in Ekiti, Benue, Oyo, Osun, Delta, Bauchi, Abuja, Ondo, Akwa Ibom and Cross River states.

Also, two were declared missing in Kano State, Lagos (23), Plateau (6), Edo and Imo (3 each) and two in Rivers State.

Yemi Adamolekun said the data was collated from media report and interview with relatives of those declared missing.
