Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo has denied reports linking him with a move to championship club Wolverhampton wanderers.
There were reports on Sunday that the 23-year-old had agreed personal terms with wolves and was poised to undergo medicals on Monday.
Omeruo captained an understrength Chelsea side to draw 1-1 with Crawley Town on Saturday.
In response to a tweet by a Twitter user who cited a post claiming the defender was on the verge of signing for Wolves, he replied on Twitter: “Is it my own Kenneth Omeruo? Or someone else? No truth to it.”

The defender who spent last season on loan at Turkish club, Alanyaspor hopes to feature in Chelsea’s first team. But he doesn’t fancy a bench role with the upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup in mind.
He has previously played for Ado Den Haag, Middlesbrough and Kasimpasa all on loan from Chelsea.
